There's problem with my mobile speaker. I came to malad(w) service center. But there r only 3counters to handle customer queries. Customers have to wait for more than 4 hrs for their turn to come. And after that ur executive r telling to submit the phone for 1-2 day for minor problem without checking it. And it is extremely inconvenient and annoying for the customer as they have to waste whole day for minor repair issues. service is worst. Suggestion is u ve to hire more manpower to avoid such inconvenience. And try to return mobile within an hour for small issues. Hope to see an improvement Was this information helpful? |
