I have purchased Red mi note 3 through flip cart on 18.10.2016 vice invoice no.[protected] and order no [protected].
The device started malfunctioning ie autometically rebooting very often on and from Feb 2017.
The device was placed to your service centre B2X at 115B Canel Street, Sreebhumi, Kolkata-700048 on 02.04.2017.
There it was attend and reported sub pcb liquid damage. The same was replaced with cost and returned on 10.04.2017.
Again same problem noticed and today the device again had to deposit there. They said mother board is to be replaced and they are not having spare parts with them. They required 15 days to do so.
It is my humble request to advise them to get it repaired at the earliest possible as last one month i am suffering with the device.
