[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Late in service, completely fed up | |||||
I have given my redmi2 for repairing as it's screen got damaged in an accident, it's been a month since i have given the set, still no update from your side. Is this the way to deal with customer? The service centre guy keep telling me 10 more days..10 more days, i dont knw how much more time will it take to get my mobile repaired, i am struggling from more than a month and this is height for irresponsibility. I have my own work which all gets destructed coz i dont have my cell phone, you guys don't understand the necessity, this is very irritaing. The service centre is 25 kms away from my residence n i hardly gets time from my office, being a girl, i still manages to go their but each time i get the same reply that it will take 10 more days. Meanwhile they don't pick up the call, i am just fed up... Could you please check the matter and update me, i want my mobile back as soon as possible and if it's not possible to manage then please return my money back.
