My Mi basic earphones had some issue, its left speaker was not working so i thought as it is in warranty period, i would replace it in the service centre. The nearest service centre from my place is 13km from here. I live in gamharia, service centre is in sakchi, Jamshedpur. I contacted the service centre, a lady picked up the call and i told her about my problem, she replied they had earphones in stock so i can visit any time. I called her on 8 august and i asked if i can visit on 10 august i.e. on monday, she said it's fine.
On monday i.e. on 10 august i went to the service centre travelling 13 km, i told the staff about my problem, he told me to wait. I waited for half an hour then they replied it is not in stock. I told them that i had called them already and inquired about the stock, but they kept on saying they had no stock then. They took my number and details and also the defected earphone which i used and told to inform me about when new stock will come which they promised would be in 2 to 3 days. It has been 10 days now. They haven't called yet. I called them once, same reply came, no stock arrival.
I don't have any earphone to use now, i think i did a grave mistake in trusting mi authorised service centre.
Please fix this issue soon, i will be grateful.
