Xiaomi India — Manipulating in replacing product

I had purchased the power bank of xiaomi and after sometime it stopped and i sent it to ahmedabad service centre for replacement(as instructed by the co.) then they told that we will give u a new power bank within a week and after that it has been 5 months and they have not given me my power bank and i have called almost 80 times, and the always manipulate me with different excuses
