I had purchased redmi5-in-2gb+16gb-black bearing serial no.17614 /80095882, imei (Meid) no-[protected] & [protected] 9773 on 02.10.2018 with payment of rs.8000/- bearing bill no.642, from your authorized dealer manoj electronics, gstin-21ayops8312h1z9, at-dadhapatna, p. O./p. S.-barang, dist.-cuttack (Odisha), india, pin-754005, ph. [protected], with warranty card.in the warranty card it has been clearly mentioned that the warranty of hardware product is 1 year.
Just after 6 months of the purchase, my client faced the flickering screen problems of the display. When i contacted your authorized service center at sai solution, 1st floor, room no.129/130, big bazar, cuttack (Odisha) -753001, ph.[protected] on 11.04.2019, he without making any free service as per the warranty card, had illegally charge rs.2771/- replacing the front display, though said defects covered under the warranty.
Again in july 2019, i faced no network signal problem of the handset. On contact with the self same service center on 18.07.2018, he again also refused to make any repair/replacement of the defective parts of the handset, rather told for paid service which will costs rs.3892/-. As i unable to pay the said money, they refunded the handset refusing any repair.
The warranty card clearly prove that both the faults are manufacturing defects of the handset, is covered under the warranty but illegally your company did not providing the free service to the genuine customers like me.
So i request to you either you be pleased to make my mobile free service or can replace it with new one.
