Xiaomi India — mi 10000 m ah power bank not delivered | |||||
Recently i bought a redmi 6 gold with a mi 10000 mah power bank (Order id #[protected]). The phone was faulty and i asked for a replacement. But the pick up agent picked up both phone and power bank and showed the invoice that had the total amount mentioned for pick up. Also i called the customer care at that time and they said to give both the phone and the power bank telling it is part of the same order so has to be replaced as a whole. Now its been more than 7 days and i just got the phone only (Order id #[protected]) and not the power bank. The customer care agent takes a complaint every time i given them a call and then i receive a mail telling like ' we have reviewed the issue and we can not help you. ' They are not even giving a call back or trying to help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
