I have experienced worst customer service experience and super slow complaint resolution with MI TV India.I have raised several complaints, many times even the technician was not assigned, and when technician is assigned he called and told he will visit the next day after the assigned due slot but now he has not visited.Also on contacting customer service I have got to know that technician has ordered a TV part without even visiting and seeing my TV and that part will come after 10 working days so I have to wait 10-15 days more.I have escalated this issue with customer service they raised 2 further complaints 3 working days ago but there is no further follow ups and no resolution provided.I have been waiting since 20-25 days for the technician to visit my house and tell me the issue.I am ready to pay for the seevice and repair but still I have to wait a month just for technician to check out the issue with my tv.Thanks Mi for this pathetic experience.
