Xiaomi India — Mi 4 smartphone (Submitted on 21st may, 2016) | |||||
Dear sir/ma`am, I purchased mi4 brand new phone on 04 feb, 2016. It is under warranty period. (Invoice attached) I submitted my mi4 phone on 21 st may, 2016 with job sheet no. Js[protected] @ rohtak state - haryana care centre. Serial no. Of phone [protected] The expected date of return was 31st may, 2016. But since 3 months passed and 4th month approaching, my phone has not been repaired. When i call the care centre, they don`t pick up the call. I visited 3 times the care centre personally, but there is no treatment given to me. I registered complaint against the care center with mi customer care with complaint no. [protected] and[protected]. But there is no solution. I called the customer care again and again. (Phone no.[protected] dated[protected] and again on[protected] with phone no. [protected]) still problem not solved and many more times. I write them emails but they didn`t respond. The discretion of xiaomi is such that it can cheat, play and play with the customer.
