My Mi4 is having a problem of auto shutdown so I dropped it on Gurgaon service center. Although I got a SMS to recollect my phone in working 4 days but the blunder they created was that they made my set 16 gb instead of original 64 gb so I had to revisit the service center again.
Service center guy is so uncourteous that instead of accepting his fault he blamed me for not checking the incorrect Jobsheet made by him.
In the Jobsheet model number he mentioned some code ***16G*** and was expecting me to guess that it meant for 16 GB model.
I provided him the invoice/bill copy of my handset purchase, even then he made this mistake, such unprofessional and uncourteous people are sitting at the service center.
Moreover, there is no contact number for service center(one which provided on Xiaomi site as well) is in working condition so the person cannot ask the status of the service over phone call. Was this information helpful? |
