This indeed the 5th time the so called 'Innovation made compact' Xiomi mi 4i mobile handset revisited its Parent Place or better call it to be the '2nd Sweet Home' to get refurnished again. Within 11th month of purchase, it spent almost more than 4 months unused due to some or other issues.
More or less all the parts of the handset got replaced, i.e LCD, mainboad, charging adapter, charging port...not sure there any more spare part left to be replaced.
It claims to have unending astonishing features "the display, the battery, the power, the performance and many more...", but that's applicable only if & when the mobile is ON & functioning.
For me to experience these features & exploring them seams to be now a 'Dream that never come True'...
I always need to carry a spare mobile handset as you never know when this Mi 4i will ditch me, as you know that without a mobile phone in today's world is as without air to live.
The Product comes with 1 year of warranty, please confirm that this 12 months includes the days kept in Service center also? What about after the 12th month if it still continues to be the same? Rather to keep the handset in the service center itself once the warranty is over.
The huge queue in Service center may be due to the Engineers are overburdened with their daily task or rather solving issues, request you to please appoint more engineers to solve problem or make more spare-parts available in the service center than handsets.
I have been given multiple explanations for the different issues every time I visits the service center, Need to Learn to use smart phone with the correct charging adapter and software upgrade and many more. I hope I am enough educated how to handle the smartphone, but your engineers told that we don't know to use it rather than solving the issue with phone..!!
This brand now gives the typical description of 'Chinese Product'... Use & Throw ... & if can't then throw. waste of time and money..
