Xiaomi India — mi 4tv still no new update

Address:A-9 Vidisha Apartment IP extension Patparganj, New Delhi, Delhi, 110092

Mí tv 4 still not get the latest update and the coustmer care saying we are working on it 3 years passed and mi tv 4a both launched same time and it gets the update. I'm frustrated that still they don't have any update and saying we are sorry from past two years if they don't want to work on it why did they sell that product. I need my money back as soon as possible.
