I have purchased the Xiaomi 3i band from mi.com & done the payment on advance, I have received the courier for mi.com, but it was empty, when I have raise the complaint with mi customer care, he was registered my complaint, But after 5 days, he was closed my complaint without any justification, I have not received any product or any money,
Those are not refusing my balance.
