Xiaomi India — Mi band replacement is not done 2month age

My job sheet no. Js[protected] serial no is [protected] i give the mi band for replacement 2 month age but the band is not replace yet and nagpur mi service centre not giving the answer when my band is replaced so please as soon as solve my problem
