Have Ordered the Product on 3rd Oct and the same was delivered to me on 5th Oct 2019, and on the same day which is on 5th Oct have called Xiaomi Customer care and registered a Complaint stating that the product which was delivered to me was in damaged condition and the forwarded the Snap Shot of the products as requested by the company and they have promised that within 2 days the damaged product will be picked up and the new one will be delivered ASAP, its been now almost 10days still the pick up has been done. the Complaint number is: WOI[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
