I have ordered mi Bluetooth voice remote on mi store on 19/08/22 for rupees 599. And I received the product on 21/08/22 that is today. As the remote is not working for mitv4i, I have asked them for return and refund for the same but they are not refunding it. Please initiate the issue and help me with returning the product by getting refund. Thank you
