Sir, my mobile is mi 4i recently I've updated it to miui8 then the mi account got locked saying it is linked with an existing account but when in customer service query when I've searched with my imei numbers 1) [protected]
2) [protected] it is showing that device is not locked
But my device is locked.locked Serial number; 36Z6T7U36W2A. Plz

What if I get same number Sim and activate mi account in other mi phone? I would have access to manage my lost phone?
