On 23rd May 2016 I ordered for MI ear phone, I received my order on May 25th, after 4 days mic in ear phone is not working and call answer and reject button is also not working .I called customer care on 30th May and raised a complaint .They told one of our executive will call you in 24hrs to collect your ear phone, after that no response. Again I called customer care they told wait for some more days they will pick my ear phone.it passed 4 days still no response, again I called 3rd June they told they will check so they will hold my call for sometime, but it was more then 30 mins after they put my call on hold no response they just paly some music I got irritated and disconnected call this happed for 3 times .Finally I shouted at customer care representative at 3 o'l .I got call at 5PM saying we won't provide pick up service for ear phone if you want replacement you can send through courier .This is how they respond to customer .I recommend all my frnds not to purchase any MI products, they don't the how to speak with customer .And they say hassle free replacement with in 10days .Worst customer satisfaction brand .
