Hi all.
I have purchased an mi tab last year (2015) october 24th, it is in warranty period now. After 10 months of purchasing it became faulty. Not able to switch on the tab. I am from thiruvananthapuram, and working in techno park kerala. I searched in internet and came to know that, there were only 3 authorised service enters in kerala for mi. It is in kochi, kottayam and kollam. I have taken the same and given for service in kollam.
The authorised service center in kollam is city phone, muncipal building, chinnakkada, kollam. Phone :[protected].
I have given the tab for service on sept 03, 2016. Got a job code no: js[protected]. Now one month passed, they are telling that mi is not sending the new parts of mi pad to them for changing the faulty parts. They have send many mails and remainders to mi, but still mi is not responding. This is disgusting.
Mi have to keep the trust of their product, which they are selling.
What we will do if you people are behaving like this? 3 days before, i got message for closing the old job sheet and created a new job sheet after one month.
I need to know when will i get my tab back after the service? Mi have the responsibility to solve our issues. Please do the needful at the earliest.
