What a Pathetic Customer Service Team Mi. I had a purchased Mi LED Smart TV 4A Pro 123.2 cm (49) with Android on 23rd April 2019 from Seawood Central Mall, Navi Mumbai which wasn’t much used till 20th of May as I was travelling. Within the first 5 days o[censored]sage the Display Panel of the TV stopped working. I logged a complaint with Mi TV only to hear back that they can’t replace the TV as it has been more than a month that I had purchased it & it will take them 10 days to get a Replacement Display Panel for the TV(10 Days- Not sure from where they are procuring it). After waiting patiently for 10 days, All I get is another Faulty Display Panel where either display is inverted or comes as an abnormal image.

Your manager has no clue on the next action.
Your customer service has a template reply - “It will be done at the earliest. An executive will visit you today” after multiple email chains and calls.
Your technician has no idea how to fix things without taking an on call support.
I never expected this from a brand like yours. This really frustrating considering the experience with in a month o[censored]sage.
You need to update me on this at the earliest. You stand at the risk of loosing a loyal customer.
