Mi LED TV in warranty suddenly stopped showing pictures, but had the sound working. Contacted service and they without visiting or checking the TV declared that the panel is faulty and needs replacement. After 1 week, they informed that panel is not available do we'll give you a replacement TV.
After 2 months of waiting finally they came to replace the TV. They switched ON the old TV and observed few lines on the bottom left corner and declared that the TV is physically damaged and denied replacement. TV was kept switched off after the complaint was created 2 months ago and im sure there was no sign of damage at the time of complaining. Being an engineer myself, i can swear that you'll find the hardware panel fault If you perform a troubleshooting. I'm so disappointed with Mi service no TV to watch for 2 months and replacement denied at the end, attaching support tickets below:
