I had a very bad experience recently with mi. I want to gift led tv to my father-in-law and ordered it via my mobile mi store to cash on delivery option.
It took 10 days for them to call my in-law for delivery.in the meantime, i sent the mail to mi service mail id and didn't get proper response.
My order number is [protected] and they keep on telling that your order is cancelled and raise a new order. The explanations are not convincing and not satisfactory.
