My MI smart TV stopped working suddenly after 13 months of purchasing. I was asked to book service repair request and I did the same. The service engineer came and checked and informed that panel is not working. Later my TV was replaced after about 10 days of calling up the service agency people.
In a day only I felt that the replacement TV is not getting updated. It took me 6 days to update it. And just after 8days of replacement the replaced TV also stopped working. Again I had to book service request, engineer came told again there is problem in panel.
It's been more than 15days I haven't got any replacement or any other solution to my problem.
I have written so many mails to Xiaomi but nothing has happened still.
It's been more than a month that I am not getting any solution. Their customer care number is of no use... It doesn't work properly and there is no use of chat as you are talking to a robot that has solution to only a limited queries. Was this information helpful? |
