Xiaomi India — mi max 2 compliant, voice is not there

Dear sir,
I have purchased mi max 2, handsets/wj38541, hsn :85171290, [protected] through flip cart on dtd 25.01.2018. Total billing amount rs.14999/- invoice no faba7p[protected].

Only after 15 days i am getting problem in this piece, there is voice problem i am facing, i am unable to hear call voice.
I have given it to mi service station but they have returned it without attending solution / repairing.
I therefore request you to please change this piece.
