Xiaomi India — mi max 2 received defective

Mimax2 received defective phone today (12/8/17) by bluedart courier i told the courier person that i will open and check but he insisted without paying you cannot open the parcel like this mi is cheating their customers with there hard earned money. MI worst quality check in india. There is no sim tray in the phone means outer sim slot is missing . my order number is[protected] i need a complete replacement or refund i have paid rs. 17000 cash on delivery.
