I have purchased a MI mobile, Redmi note during the month of December 2014, now the mobile is not working properly. I handed over the same to Vignesh Service centre Chandigarh for solved the problem on dated 01.10.2015 but my mobile has not attended till date. i have visited service centre so many time. the mobile no given on the site is already off and toll free no of care centre i.e. [protected] is also not responding. The service centre tolled that the parts of these mobile are not provided by the Company.
