I bought a mi red mi note 3 phone on the 23rd of aug. On 15th of sept, the hardware of the phone crashed. I took it to service centre in gurgaon, but they refused to give me date by which they will return the phone. I tried to call their customer service number but 2 weeks went by with no contact with them. I am sitting in the 3rd week but they refuse to tell me as to when they can return my phone.
