Very bad service observe from mi. I have mi note 4 mobile purchased in 21 april 2017 under warranty. Register number - aaaci0886ksd002.
Last 10 days back mobile was automatically off in mid night. So i visited to shivajinagar service station on 24th nov2017, as per testing of two hours they said the motherboard is damaged without any proper reason, need to change it it is under warranty without pay we can change it, but unfortunately they don’t have motherboard and wait mode for 1 week, after one week they said don’t know when it comes? Better you go other office at vimannagar they have it now and change it under warranty. I visited to that office after their testing they made report that it damage because of water and there is no any previous testing report online by shivajinagar office. Then i visited again to shivajinagar office but they change their statement.
Now iam thinking about consumer court
Please find the attached bill and service report by vimannagar office on 27th nov, no report given by shivaginagar office on 24th nov but i have service messages
