Xiaomi India — mi note 6 pro

I have purchased mi note 6 Pro in the month of November 2018 now the handset is not charged when i am going to service centre they said it is not under warranty cover as this is damp with sweat . they deny to service my handset.

I am unable to delete data from my SD Card from File Manager. Previously I was able to do it. But suddenly is shows as task failed or permission denied at the time of deleting or adding any data to SD Card. Kindly resolve.
