I purchased MI note 5 Pro on 2nd Nov 2018. After 2-4 days I have started facing the problem in the set. The handset has multiple issues. Sometimes it is getting switched off while on call and also the phone is hanging while using.
I have talked to customer care. They adviced me to replace it before 9th Nov and only from the same MI store But due to the diwali festival I am not able to replace it before 12th Nov.
Please tell me how would I do this. At least give me the option to replce it from any MI store or let me replace it on 12th Nov. Was this information helpful? |
