Given the laptop for service at the authorized service center for last 25 days. They have tried every possibility to resolve but they are unable to rectify the issue.
Demanded a product exchange since they are no other way to solve this problem. But I feel ignored when asked for an exchange.
No response regarding this from the technical backend.
Feel insulted & frustrated that everyday I have to call them asking about the issues and not getting any fruitful response.
