My name is john charvila i have purchased mi poco from mi website on 6 september. However with mobile phone i never got invoice bill on my registered email id. From 26 oct my mobile is not working when i reached mi service center they told me that this might be a manufacturing default or something but they will give me replacement a new phone but without invoice copy they cannot provide it. And i have sent a email to mi service email id but they are telling me that in next 24 hours i will get reply. But still there is no reply yet.. I think i have wasted my money and time.
