Xiaomi India — MI Service Center is not helping properly, they are harassing customers | |||||
I went to MI Service Center for the replacement of my charger. After waiting more than 2 hours, executive said that only adapter is having problem but cable is OK and I can get it in next few days as it is out of stock. I asked him to check the cable properly but he said that it is fine. I checked cable at my home but it was not charging the phone. When I went to take my adapter and told him the problem with cable. He again said that it is not in stock and I have to come back again when it will be available. This was so irresponsible act as how many times I have to go to change my charger. And are they not trained enough to get the problem in one time or they think that customer is having ocean of time to spend whole month in their service center. Was this information helpful? | |||||

When Im using this mobile phone... I'm not satisfied with this... Because it's hanging at all times now... So would you change the same product as soon as possible
