It's very annoying and to write about the concern which I have.
I have taken new mi smart led TV 43 inch and got the delivery on 12tg July from that day I am trying to get the installation request.
But unfortunately as the process is mentioned through that the OTP is not generated so I called your customer care number and I spoke to Ms. Shurbi and she has given me the assurance that on 16th July 2018 the service engineer will come to install the TV...
But it's so unprofessional that I haven't got any call from your team or the engineers that what time they are coming still as per your process I have given the slot between 3 pm to 6 pm but no use...
Today again I called at 5 pm around to your customer care executive and spoke to some lady and she is saying that engineer is already assigned for my job his name is Mr. Mahesh shinde and he will come he might come late which is very sad and pathetic after hearing that statement.
It's 7 pm sharp your engineer is vanished...
I think it was my wrong decision to go with your company...
You can check my track record in my family I have your 11 mi smart phones but very thing is gone on toss.
I am worried the kind of response I am getting till now after the sales.
I don't know what will happen in future in case of service.
I am sure this email might not be carry any vittal for you'll but I am sure today you'll have lost 1 mi fan of yours.
