Xiaomi India — MI Smart TV 5A

I purchased mew smart tv and i got messege to install the new tv in 24 hours by their engineers.
Then i got whats app messege from mi india that the appointment is on 20 August 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM .
Now time is 4:28 PM and still not even any call or single messege come from them
I do complaint to company’s customer number they gave me 5 days time. What is this ? This is too wrong i will complaint to police if today installation will not completed.
