Complaint marked as Resolved I have Purchased a MI Smart Water Purifier 7L RO+UV (Sr No. 24502/01026731) dated on 19-04-2021.The Water Purifier stop working on 15-06-2023 & raise complaint for Service repair Token No.-M6186328 on the Same date. Service Engineer Visit for repair on 19-06-2023 & replace a parts & make charges INR 823/- (Service Charge +Parts Replacement Charge) which I have paid to him. On date 18-07-2023 the above Water Purifier repeatedly stop working & as soon as I made a Complaint for Service Repair Token No.-M6325436 on the same date. After 21 Days (after several time follow up) dated on 09-08-2023 Service Engineer visit for repair & replace the same parts & repeatedly make charges for Service Charge INR 470/- to me which I have also paid to him. Now dated on 24-09-2023 the water purifier become still stop working as soon as I have raise complain to MI Service Center for this issue. After escalation the issue with Customer Care representative confirm I have been charges for the same repair. Why the purifier stop working 3rd time within 2.5 Months & Why I have been Paid charges for Same Repair within 30-35 Days interval still not get any answer from Customer Care Representative ??
