Hi, I purchased a 49 inch tv from mi.com which was delivered to me on the 5th of november 2018 and installation was done on 9th of november 2018. My order id is[protected] and[protected]. I am not satisfied with the display, particularly the colors and also there is a slight shaking of the videos. The quality of the tv is not as it was promised in the advertisement. I raised this issue to mi customer support where i initially spoke to ms. Tamilselvi who did not respond back on the issue and put me on hold for 35 minutes. Later i spoke to ms. Preethi and she informed that you do not have a return policy. Now, either i need to get the quality assured by mi or a refund.
