My name is hariram from tamilnadu - india.
I purchased mi tv 4c pro on december-2018.
In july 2019, tv was not worked (Picture not visible) and complained to official portal. Mi service engineer checked and found picture circuit had been replaced. After replacement of circuit board, picture quality got too worst (Dull and less clarity)
I registered an several complaint's and service engineer came and checked. He suggested to change the setup box. We replaced 6 set up boxes. Eventhough tv picture quality doesn't't improved. The same setup working well in another tv.
Service team not ready to find rootcause for this issue. Since their only focus is to change or repair the circuit board. They are not ready make fault tree analysis.
I am totally dissatisfied about service of mi.
I feel too bad and i want your top official involvement.
Or else please replace my tv with new one.
