I PURCHASED MI TV 4X PRO 55 INCHES ON 23rd MARCH, I am very disappointed from you i raised installation request for 25th March (3 pm to 6 pm). The engineer came and opened TV BOX and installed, when he was trying to switch ON TV with Remote it was unable to SWITCH ON. Later he tried multiple times doing same and conveyed me that there is a problem with Remote, you please raise a complaint to customer service. Later on 25th March i raised a complaint and another message came as Repair request has been registered for Mrach 27 2019 (9.00 AM to 12.00 PM). On 27th Service engineer came and checked TV and later said that problem is with TV sensor not working and he recorded Videos and took photos of TV and went away. On 28th March i called Service Manager and he said that we have requested for exchange of TV, We will let you know once i get approval for new TV. On April 1st i called customer care and they did not provided me the status of my issue or did not provided the solution for the issue. I request XIAOMI India to refund my money and take your TV back as service is VERY VERY VERY BAD. I think MI don't want to help customer after sales, they only believe in sales. All redmis except redmi note 4 support BSNL 4G. Pl replace the set. Or recall all the products.
