I have a serious issue.
Details of my transaction are as follows

My order is yet to be delivered. When contacted on toll free i am informed that the item is yet to be delivered with following reasons...
1. Festive season sir... Therefore the delay
2. Our back end team is working on it.
Complaint was given on 16oct, and jus now i was again informed that the item is in visakhapatnam and 10 kms away from my delivery address...
I requested to escalate the issue or make me talk to the head, but the rep of mi did not support me. Non action and poor after sale attitude has become a waste of time and energy. I wanted to gift my parents for this festive season and have broken hope. I wish to cancel the order if there is no further support and seek a refund of my entire money with interest. As per information, the item was to be delivered to my address in 5 days and till date it is not received.
