Xiaomi India — mi y1 android one phone | |||||
I purchased the phone, its was just 1 month old, its stopped working. I visited two authorised service centre, both gave different reasons & charged differently, says that i am out of warranty & i have to pay rs 14k to fix my phone. I called the call centre& mailed them, but they are to reluctant. I asked them for a written confirmation to prove that my phone is out of warranty; which they are not agreeing, but forcefully not fixing my phone in the warranty period. I have bought a mi mobile and paid the amount by debit card due to some problem i return it but now also they did'nt refund my money. only they say sir wait 2 days. 15v days passed but no refund reflected in my account. they are only making fool.
