Xiaomi India — Mi3- even after 6 months didn't get my phone from service center | |||
My complaint Number submitted in MI India is 1052786 . From August 2015 I am without my phone, Initially there was some problem with the display, It took 3 months to change the display but again I got faulty phone; The headphone jack was not working, On November 2nd I again submitted my phone in same service center and they said it will take 10 days to change your motherboard but every time I called they told me ‘It will take another 7 days’ and today is 25th JAN 2016 and I am hearing the same. I called MI India several time and explained my situation and last Thursday I was assured from the service center as well as from Xiaomi India that my phone part is arrived and I will get my phone by Monday. Today when I called the service center they replied your phone part has not arrived it will take 7 more days!! I immediately contacted MI India and they advised me to go to the service center and make a conference call between Mi India and the service center, The representative of MI India talked to the service center person and also requested proper job sheet but they couldn’t provide me the job sheet. So I am attaching the service Sheet which I got from the service center as requested by MI India. Its been 6 months(from August 2015) I am without my phone. If this not priority to Mi India then I don’t know what will be the priority! Was this information helpful? | |||
