I bought a MI3 on[protected] . IMEI number :[protected] On January the phone stopped working(Not booting) . Then I went to the Mi Exclusive Service Center located at: Banglore ESC (Mi exclusive service centers) Address:No.478, 80 FT Road, Behind Pizza Hut, Near BMTC Bus Stand, 6th Block Koramangala, Bangalore -560095 Hours of Operation : Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:30 Service Center Phone Number :[protected] The service center guys told me that the phone is under warranty and they will fix the issues . So I deposited my phone on 27-Jan-2015. They told me the phone would be ready by 04-Feb-2015, It is a pain to get connected to this service center as they have only one number which is mostly either busy or no one picks up. Anyways so I could finally get connected to them on 07-Feb-2015. Then they told that the parts are not available and they are waiting for new stock. They asked me to collect my phone on 10-Feb-2015. I gave a call all these days they kept on postponing giving the same reason that parts are not available. Today when I called them they are no sure when parts will arrive.I am not sure why this is taking so long to replace a part and raised a complain to main xiaomi service center office too but no use.This is not professional at all when you don't have parts to replace the non working phones then why do xiaomi have service centers.
