Xiaomi India — Mi4i not repaired after 1.5 months planning to visit consumer court | |||||
Seriously worst and pathetic market strategy played by xiaomi india. I have submitted my phone mi4i on 23 of june 2016 but it is still not repaired after 1.5 months service center guys sent me sms about delay in repair it will again take more than 25-30 days due to lack of parts, if you guys do not have parts to repair the defective phone. The service center in pune shivaji nagar persons are not behaving properly and also not providing better service. kindly consider this and improve the service and communication to serve better.
