Xiaomi India — Mi4i not working properly, repaired 4 times by customer care.. Same problem continues

Hi,

I have purchased Mi4i in oct 2015. In March 2016 problems started coming in. Handset got restarted/ switchoff many times in day or dead sometimes. I have submitted this to customer care 4 times and they replaced Motherboard 2 times. But same problem continues. And no stand-by phone given to me during this period and visited Customer Care multiple times. But no positive response and said there is manufacturing defect in motherboards. And they told they can just repair it and you can visit again if again problem comes. I am very much harassed by Customer care, Service Centre officials. Expecting some help from you in this regard.

please help in replacing my mobile and i want compensation from company the amount i have spent on Data downloading, spent on petrol, Mobile calls, Harrasment as Minimum of 20000/- atleast.
