Xiaomi India — Mi4i poor service at kottayam service centre | |||||
Dear XIAOMI, It has been very bad experiance wit your service till today. I bought an MI4i on october. 24. The phone was dead on december 5th just after 41 days o[censored]sage. Phone was not switching on. I gave it to MI Exclusive Service at Kottayam on 16th of december (DoctorFone Services). Jobsheet number was created (JS[protected]). On calling after 14 days XAIOMI service center told me to wait for 20 days as they are waiting the spare for my phone and xaiomi spares have a delay of 20 days.!! Now it is 28 days.Xaiomi service center is commanding to wait me for another 10 days. and informed they cannot do anything more and asked me to compaint xaiomi directly if i wish to do so and they dont care about it. I complained the online toll free number.But of no use till now. I would not reccomend xaiomi for anybody again.( i had recomended many of my friends earlier .and 3 of them bought xaiomi. but not again.The service is one of the worst in my experiance.Fed up now. Also any one can you help me how to make a complaint in court. or is it better posting all this information on all online social media with suitable evidance...? Please help...
