At the time of purchasing a mobile mi4i it was mentioned we have a centre in across india and we always provide better service to the customer.
My mobile touch was not working when i visited the service centre they have said there is a screen damage its very minor one (I don't have any idea how it happened) and they said it will not cover under warranty. I said ok, then gave my phone for screen replacement it is more than 10 days service center guys do not have any idea about it and also they have responded saying even a part is not available at warehouse.
If this was the case please do not gave uncertain promise to the customer. What should i do? I did mistake of buying this phone ? In this situation they will charge me 4500/- rs so i cannot go buy other phone i have already invested 12000+4500 rs in the phone.
