My compliant against xiaomi india as i buy mi5 handset from this company but facing heating problem and for the same i got one time replacement but new handset also have same issue so its seem it product issue, i ask self-declaration certification form regarding hardware and software test result but they refuse.
In normal condition mobile body heat its fine but this phone have different issue its heat on earpiece so i am not able to talk with any one, also due to heating issue i am facing network issue.
So via this complain i requesting you to ask certificate of test result of hardware of this particular handset and if they have this certificate than how output product is different than certificate.
