Xiaomi India — mi5 - worst service & quality | |||||
I was bought mi5 - the most expensive mobile set in india by mi xiaomi on 18th oct 2016 but in only 10 months mobile is not in working condition. I was submitted mobile to service center but they have taken approx 22 days but still mobile is at service center. Whenever i was entered in service center approx 50-70 customers standing there to get there issue resolved. Mi pls give some good quality atleast on your expensive models. Other some good companies they offered new phone with in 15 days if problem not resolved but mi u dont care about your customers. I believe that i have chosen a wrong brand because chinese jyada din nahin chalta. Req no - wxin[protected] Pls ask service center owner that since how many days he has taken my mobile without request no. After this type of service & quality will never recommend mi mobile phones to any one. Was also planning to buy mi6 but sorry not now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Xiaomi India — service center took extra money
MY redmi 3s prime phone 1 sim card slot was not working . I go to the Kamla nagar service center in delhi. They took 118Rs. For do nothing They say give 658rs. for the slot repair but i deny. so they say give 118rs. either your phone was not given to you.model no. Redmi 3s prime
