Xiaomi India — misbehavior with improper service | |||
Hello, yesterday (27/3/2019) at 10.55 am, i gave mi 4a handset to service center at sreenivas electronics exclusive service center of mi in gulbarga, there was a broken glass display of handset, i took token and told them the complaint they asked to me to come after 4 hours but i went at 6, the handset was not ready i kept waiting till 6.45 finally i received the handset with same broken display and the lock button with volume button was not working when i got the handset n the engineer was talking in such inappropriate n rash manner, felt like visited some road side service center, i did not receive my handset in good condition further got the volume button broken n he pasted it with cello tape, such type of service is mi providing? Who is gonna pay the volume button amount and what about the rude person, sorry to say taking this issue furthermore in all way possible, this improper behavior is not acceptable, coming from lawyer family this behavior and improper service is unforgivable. My mind totally upset because of xiaomi.i purchase four months but complaint continued three months.i am going to visit service center in twenty times and ten times job sheet.not responsibilities customer care, service center all person's not clear my problem
